Dr. Eric and Amy Hempel are the faces behind Aspen Nutrition.

Dr. Hempel currently treats hundreds of Medical Weight Loss patients in the Southern Oregon area at his practice, Aspen Family Medicine & Aesthetics.

Dr. Hempel was aware of the importance of high protein/low carb foods for weight loss however he quickly realized that finding the right nutritional components wasn't always easy for his patients.

Dr. Hempel and his wife Amy have traveled all over the country to find foods that fit the right perimeters and also taste GREAT. Dr. Hempel feels that you shouldn't have to sacrifice taste for good health and we're always looking for new products to offer our customers.
